Jumper horse design is a jacquard ribbon sewn on the nose and cheeks. The ribbon is a dark navy blue background sewn on your choice of colored halter. This halter has five adjustments on the crown and the nose with a snap at the throat. Halter has brass plated hardware. Made in USA
